As an Industrial Demolition & Dismantling Site Manager, you are the linchpin on our projects. You manage demolition and dismantling projects within industrial environments such as factories, power plants, and complex installations. Safety, planning, and quality are always your top priorities. You ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, responsibly, and according to agreement.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

Daily management of demolition and dismantling projects
Managing own employees and subcontractors
Supervising safety, the environment, and compliance with laws and regulations
Consultation with clients, project management, and work preparation
Identifying additional and reduced work
Administrative recording of progress, hours, and materials

What do we ask?

MBO working and thinking level
Demonstrable experience as a site manager
Strong organizational and communication skills
Safety conscious and sense of responsibility
Stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and decisive
In possession of VCA-VOL (or willing to obtain it)
Available full-time. No 9-to-5 mentality
Driving license B
