Removal of process plant

In Vlaardingen, Bottelier was allowed to dismantle an indoor fertilizer installation.

The dismantling of the indoor process installation was carried out in a controlled and phased manner. Prior to dismantling, all installation components were secured by the owner, and any residual product present was completely removed and disposed of.

The installation was subsequently removed step by step, using a mobile wheeled crane with a scrap shear. Stylus cutting was applied to detach installation parts from structural elements to be retained and locations inaccessible by machine. For manual work at height, a cherry picker was deployed to ensure safe and efficient access to the installation.

The released materials were separated by waste stream, removed, and transported in containers for further processing by approved processors. The dismantling work was carried out without incident and according to schedule.
