Removal of Helmond production line

In Helmond, Bottelier was allowed to dismantle the production facility of Buizenfabriek Mannesmann

Commissioned by a highly valued client Bottelier carried out the complete dismantling of the former Mannesmann pipe factory in Helmond. The production hall was completely cleared using modern demolition machinery equipped with scrap shears and sorting grabs. This allowed the existing installations to be dismantled and processed efficiently, safely, and in a controlled manner.

Prior to physical dismantling, all oils and other hazardous substances present in the installations were removed by Bottelier . Subsequently, the production facilities were scrapped on-site and carefully separated into value-enhancing material streams. The various waste streams were transported to several accredited processors, where they are recycled and, after processing, can be reused as raw materials.

Thanks to thorough preparation, efficient execution, and continuous attention to safety, the project was realized on schedule. The dismantling was carried out safely and completed without incident.
